Non-Refundable Deposit Clause

All deposits made to secure a booking are strictly non-refundable. By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees that it serves as a commitment to the service and compensates for time and resources reserved in advance. This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee that goes towards the total cost of service. Remaining balance of service is due in full at time of the appointment.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is still non-refundable, but no additional fees will apply. You may reschedule once without losing your deposit if done more than 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new one will be required to rebook.

Appointments must be cancelled through Email or Phone. We do not honor cancellations via any social media platform, unless it’s been received and confirmed.

No Show and Late Arrival Policy

No shows, clients who fail to arrive without prior notice, will be charged 50% of the total service cost. And you risk to be denied future services.

We ask that you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Cosmetic Inked Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel your appointment.

Guests and Children

No guests or children are allowed in the studio. Due to the technical nature of the procedure, only the client and the artist should be present in the room to avoid any distractions.

Pets/Service Animals

We love pets! But unfortunately, we can’t have them in the studio. Please leave your furry ones at home se we can ensure a safe and sanitary environment for everyone here. If you have a service animal, please contact the studio ahead of time.

Service Policy

We reserve the right to refuse at our discretion. Clients who exhibit loud or aggressive behavior, violate our code of conduct, take property, or otherwise pose a danger to the staff, studio and customers will be denied services and asked to to leave the premises immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

Gratuity Policy

Tips are greatly appreciated but not required. You will never be asked to leave a tip. However, if you feel you have received excellent service at Cosmetic Inked LLC, feel free to leave a tip at your own discretion.

Previous Tattoo Work

If you have previous tattoo/PMU work done, please book a free consultation to discuss options and approval. Booking without consultation may result in denied services.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, debit and credit cards. We charge Credit card processing fees of 2% on the total transaction if the client prefers to use a credit card as a form of payment. (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Contactless, such as QR code is free.

Pricing and Refund Policy

All prices quote is subject to change without notice. All purchases and services are final, and there are no refunds.

Effort

Cosmetic Inked LLC will perform the treatment to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the standards of good craftsmanship. The client must ensure that all information relevant to the proper execution of the treatment is provided. Cosmetic Inked LLC is not liable for any damage of any kind resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Cosmetic Inked LLC will inform the client about the financial consequences of any changes to the treatment
